Bring your list as it is
Import a spreadsheet of contacts and Bellerophon matches them to companies. Anything it is unsure about waits in a short review list instead of being guessed at.
About Bellerophon
That is the whole reason Bellerophon exists. We build a CRM that stays out of the way, tells you what needs attention, and makes the next step obvious. It is software for people who would rather be talking to customers.
The problem
Most growing teams end up with the same Monday. A spreadsheet of deals, an inbox of half-answered threads, and a forecast that only one person understands. Everyone is busy, and nobody is sure which call matters most.
Bellerophon was built to replace that feeling with a single view. Contacts, deals and pipeline health sit in one place. Leads score themselves. The quarter’s forecast updates the moment a deal moves. Nothing needs rebuilding on a Friday afternoon.
The product is made in Pearland, TX, and used by teams anywhere there is a browser.
Principles
If an idea breaks one of these, it does not ship, however clever it looks in a demo.
A score is a number from 0 to 100, with the reason beside it. A forecast is commit and best case next to your quota. If a setting needs a manual to understand, we rewrite the setting.
Your stages, your names, your definition of a hot lead. Bellerophon starts with four sensible columns and lets you reshape them without a consultant or a support ticket.
Three plans, one price a year, billed annually. Plans start at $169. No per-feature add-ons hiding behind a plan name, and no surprise line on the invoice.
How it is built
We ship improvements in small pieces rather than one loud annual overhaul, so the board you learned last month still looks like the board you open today.
Every change lands in the Changelog in ordinary words: what is different, and what you need to do about it. Usually the answer is nothing.
Support
Write to team@joinbellerophon.com and the message reaches the people who build the product.

Replies explain the why, not just the click path. If a question shows us a confusing screen, we treat it as a bug in the screen.
Teams on Pantheon get a named person who helps shape territories, quotas and permissions, and checks in as the team grows.
Where it is going
These are areas we are working toward, not dated promises. Shipped changes always appear in the Changelog first.
A clearer breakdown of why a lead moved, so reps trust the number and managers can tune it.
Commit and best case rolled up per territory and per rep, side by side with quota.
Segment, Zendesk, Trello, Linear, Make and Mailchimp already feed a contact’s story. We want the timeline to read even more like one conversation.
