What exactly am I billed for?
The price on the plan you choose, once a year. Scout is $169, Rider is $349 and Pantheon is $629. There are no per-seat surprises on top: the user limit is part of the plan.
When does the charge happen?
You are charged when you sign up, and again on the same date each year. We email you ahead of the renewal so it never lands unannounced.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. When your team outgrows its plan, switch to the next one from your account settings and your contacts, deals and history carry straight over.
How do I cancel?
Open your account settings and choose cancel, or email us and we will do it for you. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for, and your data can be exported before it closes.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. Every price on this page is in US dollars and billed annually.
